Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF), a finance company owned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), announced a change in its leadership structure by appointing a new board of commissioners.
This was agreed at the MTF General Meeting of Shareholders which was held on Tuesday, (27/6/2023). The changes occurred in the position of independent commissioner.
Now, the position of independent commissioner is held by Fendy Eventius Mugni, after previously being held by Ravik Karsidi. Even so, Fendy had to wait for the results of the fit and proper test from the OJK.
“In the process of completing the documents for submitting the OJK fit and proper test,” said Fendy, Main Director of MTF Pinohadi G. Sumardi, in the IDX information disclosure, dated Monday, (3/7/2023).
Previously, it was known that Fendy was a Commissioner in a tourism BUMN subsidiary, namely PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero) (HIN). Referring to the hin.id page, Fendy is the founder and National Presidium of PENA 98 (National Association of Activists 98).
He once worked as a Country Manager at PT. EFLAG Solutions Indonesia engaged in telecommunications. Then, in 2014 Fendy founded and served as CEO of PT. KOTELINDO (Kota Telecommunication Indonesia).
He also initiated an agency that provides business opportunities for the community so that BUMI POSPERA (POSPERA Volunteer Independent Business Entity) was formed, one of which is to make people with disabilities, especially the deaf, independent.
