PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Closes Livin’ by Mandiri Application Service, Here’s the Explanation

BANGKAPOS.COM, BANGKA — PT Mandiri Bank (Persero) Tbk will close the Livin’ by Mandiri application service with the blue logo in the near future, on March 4, 2022, to be exact. Customers are asked to immediately migrate to the Livin’ by Mandiri application with the yellow logo.

Yusuf said that Livin’ by Mandiri with the yellow logo is a Super App that provides banking and financial services that are more complete than the previous application. Mandiri claims this application is like a branch office in the palm of your hand.

“In terms of appearance, it is also different from yesterday’s blue one, Livin’ by Mandiri with a yellow logo has even more features to complete transactions. The Livin’ by Mandiri Super App is equipped with the latest facial recognition and liveness technology that allows prospective customers to open accounts online without making video calls with agents or bank officers,” he explained.

Yusuf added, Mandiri Bank also asked customers to multiply transactions in Livin’. Thus it can increase the chance of winning 100 units of BMW X1 cars as well as 1,000 units of Vespa and Yamaha Nmax.
