PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry is a State-Owned Enterprise which is engaged in ferry transportation services and port management for passengers, goods, and vehicles.

The company was founded on March 27, 1973 under the auspices of the Ministry of Transportation.

Along with the times, the need for crossing services is also increasing.

In 1986, the ASDP Ferry project was transformed into a Public Company (Perum) ASDP.
