Psychological Test Results Revealed for Perpetrators of Murder and Mutilation in Yogyakarta

The Yogyakarta Regional Police conducted psychological tests on the two perpetrators of the murder and mutilation of the victim Redho Tri Agustian (20), a student at Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University (UMY). Currently the results of the psychological tests of the two perpetrators, namely W (29) and RD (38), have come out. How is the result?

Dirreskrimum Polda DIY Kombes FX Endriadi said the test results stated that the two perpetrators committed the crime knowingly.

“The results came from the DIY Police Psychology Bureau, the motive for the mutilation was conscious,” said Endriadi detikJogjaFriday (28/7/2023).

He said, from the results of psychological tests, the two perpetrators mutilated the victim with the aim of eliminating traces.

“It was done consciously, it was to eliminate traces or evidence,” he said.

Previously it was reported, Dirreskrimum Polda DIY Kombes FX Endriadi said that victim R was mutilated by cutting off his head, hands, feet, and skinning other body parts. After being cut, the victim’s wrists and feet were boiled to remove any traces.

Endriadi continued, after the victim was mutilated, the perpetrator had time to rest. Parts of the victim’s body were not immediately disposed of. One of the perpetrators first surveyed the location used to dispose of the victim’s body parts.

Pieces of the victim’s body were found on Wednesday (12/7) night in the Bedog River, which is in Kelor Padukuhan, Bangunkerto, Turi, Sleman. Body parts in the form of a left hand and two legs were found at that location.
