PSV is emphatically in the market for Hirving Lozano, but will have to meet the asking price of SSC Napoli to bring back the Mexican. Napoli requires an amount of around fifteen million euros.

It Eindhovens Dagblad writes that PSV must sell players to attract Lozano. The Mexican would earn about three million euros a year in Eindhoven and that is at least manageable for the club. For the transfer fee, Ibrahim Sangaré or Johan Bakayoko must be sold. Both players know the interest of some top clubs.
Technical director Earnest Stewart was initially mainly looking for a central defender and will have to switch due to the interest in Lozano. PSV will have a great opportunity to receive an amount of millions next Wednesday if the group stage of the Champions League is reached. The people of Eindhoven don’t have much time left to finalize the deal: the transfer market closes at midnight on September 1 (next Friday).
