PSV is not the only club that has an eye on Milan van Ewijk, reports The Leeuwarder Courant. The German FC Augsburg is one of the clubs that is also interested in the right back. However, no one has already reported to sc Heerenveen for Van Ewijk.
On Monday it came out that PSV is again thinking about bringing in the born Amsterdammer. The Leeuwarder Courant now reports that the people of Eindhoven can count on competition. Premier League and Championship clubs are also interested in Van Ewijk, while Augsburg is also regularly in the stands for him.
It was reported by the Eindhovens Dagblad that PSV must put an amount of between five and six million euros on the table to be able to bring in Van Ewijk. LC claims that this indication does not come from Heerenveen. The club would not yet like to mention a concrete asking price because that would worsen the negotiating position.
Last summer, PSV, Fulham and Sporting Portugal were already in the market for the wing defender. Van Ewijk ultimately did not make the switch, but he still performs well at Heerenveen. He still has a contract in Friesland until mid-2025.
