The usually reliable Florian Plettenberg reports on Sunday evening that the people of Eindhoven are currently discussing the last details with Bayern Munich. First, Plettenberg writes that PSV and Bayern Munich are in the final negotiations about the intended successor to Xavi Simons. The German then reports that there are three more details about the transfer. For example, the people of Eindhoven will negotiate a purchase option on the 21-year-old midfielder, who must be rented for one season. The loan fee is said to cost around one million euros.

If the cooperation between PSV and Tillman goes well, the people of Eindhoven will have the option to permanently incorporate the midfielder for an amount of twelve to fourteen million euros.
