PSV has to postpone the championship celebration for another week after beating Feyenoord

PSV will not become national champions until Sunday, May 5 at the earliest. With three rounds to go, the difference between the leader and Feyenoord in the rankings remains 9 points. PSV does have a much better goal difference (+86 to +56), but that will not yield more than the unofficial title for the team of coach Peter Bosz for the time being.

PSV needs a draw in the home match against Sparta on May 5 to win the 25th national title in club history, and the first since 2018. The supporters can then celebrate all day long, because the match in the Philips stadium starts at 12.15 pm.
