PSV can meet these opponents in the eighth final of the Champions League

The last matches in the group stage of the Champions League have been played and it is therefore known which sixteen teams can prepare for the knockout phase. The Dutch honor is upheld by PSV, which finished second in Group B behind Arsenal. The people of Eindhoven can draw the following opponents.
Because PSV finished second, coach Peter Bosz’s team will meet a group winner from another group in the eighth finals: Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Atlético Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City or FC Barcelona.
A new meeting with Arsenal is not yet possible for PSV at this stage of the tournament. Clubs that have met in the group stage cannot meet again in the next round. Clubs from the same country also avoid each other.
The draw for the knockout stages of the Champions League will take place next Monday at 12 noon. The first matches are scheduled for February 13, 14, 20 and 21. The returns will be completed a month later, on March 5, 6, 12 and 13.
The last time PSV reached the eighth finals of the Champions League was in the 2015/16 season. The Eindhoven team then met Atlético Madrid, which was too strong after penalties in two matches. Later that year, PSV met the Madrid team again in the group stage of the billion dollar ball.
Revenues
The Champions League certainly does PSV no harm. The club has already earned around 56 million euros in the current campaign. As the tournament progresses, even larger amounts can be earned for the leader of the Eredivisie.
A place in the quarter-finals is good for another 10.6 million euros, while the semi-finalists receive 12.5 million euros. €15.5 million is available for the two finalists and the winner of the Champions League will receive a bonus of €20 million.
