As for the poster of the woman, Malang City PSI DPD chairman Achmad Faried said he was aware of the viral thread on Twitter. He said Suprapti was a Surya Cakra volunteer in the 2019 election until he was finally advised to become an administrator.

He added that Suprapti had not been active in the party since 2020. He also regretted that the poster that went viral was the Suprapti poster that featured the PSI logo in the upper right corner of the image.
