In the past, coach Didier Ollé-Nicolle of the Paris Saint-Germain women’s team is said to have acted inappropriately towards a player.
Paris Saint-Germain temporarily released women’s coach Didier Ollé-Nicolle (60) on Tuesday evening (May 24, 2022) due to serious allegations. According to a message on the club’s website, the coach has made “inappropriate actions and statements”.
Before the start of the season, the PSG coach is said to have behaved inappropriately towards his players on several occasions. According to “RMC Sport”, the club investigated the allegations at the time and then decided that Ollé-Nicolle had to apologize to the team. Above all, it was said that he should “behave more appropriately”, but he was allowed to keep his coaching position.
PSG: Women’s coach left out until further notice
Now the journalist Tiffany Henne tweeted again about the incident and made serious allegations against the 60-year-old.
She quoted, among others, the investigative journalist Romain Molina, who works for the BBC and CNN. He claimed that the coach of a player even grabbed her buttocks. After the allegations became public earlier in the week, Paris Saint-Germain have now decided to temporarily relieve Ollé-Nicolle of his duties.
The measure should not be understood as a hasty conclusion and does not want to anticipate the club’s internal investigation, the statement said Paris Saint Germain. They take the situation very seriously and want to work through all the actions and comments of the trainer.
