PSG: Wijnaldum to support children in Necker


After resuming training this Thursday to prepare for the 32nd final of the Coupe de France, Sunday evening, in Valenciennes, against the amateurs of Feignies-Aulnoye (N3), Georginio Wijnaldum, the Dutch midfielder of PSG, returned a special visit to the children of the Necker Enfants Malades – AP-HP hospital.

This operation, carried out as part of a special Christmas edition of the Radio Necker program, hosted by the PSG Foundation and Radio France, also a partner of the hospital, enabled around twenty children to cross the road to Wijnaldum, in the hospital auditorium or in their respective rooms.

The midfielder also struck a pose with the nursing staff. He also met Jamel Debbouze who came to perform an intervention during the radio program.

The Radio Necker program was set up by the Foundation and the hospital during the first confinement in March 2020. Marquinhos, Sarabia, Daniel Narcisse, Thierry Omeyer, Didier Ollé-Nicolle and Ashley Lawrence have already participated.

In the past, some children have also been able to go to the Parc des Princes to attend matches and meet their idols.
