PSG push back Juventus’ advances for Icardi

While Icardi seemed to no longer fit into Mauricio Pochettino’s plans, PSG have reportedly rejected Juventus’ offer for their striker.

Confined to the sidelines since the start of the season, Icardi has regained playing time at the end of the year. A situation due to the injury of Neymar which greatly benefits the Argentinian. Indeed, Icardi returns to the starting eleven and saves minutes which would have been enough for management to want to keep him at least until the summer.

However, Juventus had expressed their interest in the Parisian striker. The Italian club, in search of a center forward, wanted to offer PSG a loan without an option to buy.
