David Beckham spoke up again just a few days ago and made a declaration of love for Lionel Messi. The PSG plans do not affect such statements: the superstar should definitely stay.
For Paris Saint-Germain there is still no doubt in the current processes that Lionel Messi should extend his contract, which expires in the summer. Co-decisionmaker Luis Campos also puts it this way.
“We’re in talks at the moment,” the strategic advisor told Telefoot. “I’d love to have him in this project, I can’t hide that. I’d be happy if he stays with us. But we’re discussing at the moment to achieve that goal of keeping Lionel Messi.”
A few days ago, Messi received a very special call from the North American Major League Soccer. David Beckham, co-owner of the Inter Miami franchise, made a public declaration of love for the superstar.
In the next two to three weeks, PSG want to clarify Messi’s future. At the moment it is assumed on the Seine that the 35-year-old will sign a new contract.
