According to information from Recordthe PSG would have gone on the offensive Manuel Ugarte. The Parisian club would indeed have submitted an offer of 60 million euros – amount of his release clause – at the Sporting CP for the 22-year-old Uruguayan international defensive midfielder.
On his side, Manuel Ugarte who is also coveted by Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester Unitedwould have given his approval to join the PSG.
