PARIS – Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) reportedly getting service soon Lionel Messi who had parted ways with Barcelona. The rich French team will reportedly introduce the 34-year-old at the Eiffel Tower on Tuesday 10 August 2021.
PSG is the only club that is now likely to get the services of Lionel Messi. The reason is, Manchester City through Pep Guardiola confirmed that it was not interested in bringing in the player, despite praising the quality of Lionel Messi.
The Parisians PSG’s nickname has been linked with Lionel Messi since last summer when the Argentine fell out with former Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu. However, PSG failed to get Lionel Messi because the player’s release clause reached Rp12 trillion.

Now the situation is different. Lionel Messi was able to come to Paris for free after Barcelona could not extend his contract because of the financial rules of the Spanish League (La Liga) operator.

Speculation keeps popping up. PSG have reportedly been in contact with the player’s agent, who is none other than Messi’s own father, namely Jorge Messi.
Football journalist, Pedro Almeida, via his Twitter account claims, PSG will introduce Lionel Messi on Tuesday 10 August. The event will be held lively at the icon of the City of Paris, the Eiffel Tower.
