PSG come back against Brest and continue their winning streak in Ligue 1

Paris., A double from Ousmane Dembélé enabled Paris Saint-Germain to beat Brest 3-1, with a comeback included, and ensure that they remain the sole leaders of Ligue 1, this Saturday in the 4th matchday, in which Marseille settled into second place by beating Nice 2-0.

With 12 points, PSG have won all four of their games. Not only Marseille are two points behind on 10, but also Monaco, who won 3-0 at Auxerre. On Sunday, Nantes (4th) and Lens (5th), both on 7 points, could join the group of direct pursuers of the capital club.

The night did not start well at the Parc des Princes for the Parisians, who despite dominating the game saw how a foul by Nuno Mendes on Ludovic Ajorque was punished with a penalty converted in the 29th minute by Romain Del Castillo.

The ‘Misión Remontada’ was then activated and Luis Enrique’s pupils achieved their objective.

Dembélé equalised with a header before the break (42).

And in the second half, PSG decided the game in two minutes, first taking the lead with a shot from Spanish international Fabián Ruiz (72) and then with a new goal from Dembelé (74), which left the visitors already depressed.

Brest (12th), third in last season’s Ligue 1 and who will make their Champions League debut next week against Austrian side Sturm Graz, have so far had poor numbers in this league start (3 points, with one win and three losses).
