Almost all game-related events are canceled due to the coronavirus.
But they will be replaced by a series of virtual presentations. Jeff Cayley, host of The Game Awards, announced the Summer Game Fest 2020 initiative, which runs from May to August, with the end of an online conference scheduled for August 24th.
Summer Game Fest 2020 will include presentations of video materials about future games, announcements of new games, events organized in already available games, demos of some projects and, naturally, information about new consoles will appear.
Kayleigh published an image with a list of companies that will take part in the show: PlayStation (games for PS4 / PS5?), Xbox (games for Xbox Series X?), CD Projekt RED (Cyberpunk 2077), Blizzard (Diablo 4?), Warner Bros . (Batman?), Activision (Call of Duty 2020?), Private Division, Bungie, Electronic Arts, 2K Games, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Bethesda Softworks, Riot Games, Valve and Square Enix.
