It’s almost there, next week is the official release date of the PS5. At least for us. The Americans can of course use the latest PlayStation console a week earlier tomorrow. Koos and Daan have managed to take an hour out of their busy schedule to give the latest console a crank. They do this by looking at the menus and swinging around New York with Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. For Daan this was really his very first time with the PS5 and Miles Morales and so you really see a natural reaction from the man during this PS5 Let’s Play.
Daan gets his first impression in this Let’s Play
We have the PS5 for a while at our office, but not everyone has had the opportunity to do something with it. Too busy. And there is only one of course. Daan was one of these persons. That’s why we decided it was a must for this item. After all, it was not only his first time with the latest PlayStation console, he has also had no experience with Marvel’s Spider-Man, one of the toppers on the PS4. So Daan quickly got a DualSense controller in his hands, and got to work with Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Under the inspiring leadership of Koos, who can now call himself a PS5 veteran.
How big is the jump from PS4 to PS5?
When a new console arrives, people often look at the difference between old and new. This time, many adjustments have been made to both the controller and the console itself. Of the DualShock is barely recognizable and the console itself is capable of doing things that the PS4 couldn’t. A good example of this is in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Where the game could not previously be played with, for example, ray tracing, that is now possible. And we hope to see that now. The game also offers two options: Play at 60 fps, without ray tracing. Or play at 30 fps with ray tracing. And everyone wants to know if we can really notice that difference …
