Sony wants to sell PS Plus only through its official store, which will soon completely remove the option to buy a cheaper PlayStation Plus subscription from the market. The first stores have already removed subscription gift cards from their offer.
This week, PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium will debut in Poland. It will be a great opportunity to check the new proposal in our country, because for the first time customers will also receive the official option to try streaming.
As it turns out, it can also be the “beginning of the end” of the cheap PS Plus in Poland, among others. The editors of Lowcy Gier announced that RTV Euro AGD has already removed gift cards for PlayStation Plus.
The situation was the same in other markets, where players initially lost the ability to buy PlayStation Now, and later PlayStation Plus. Apparently, Sony now wants players to reach only PS Plus in the official store.

New prepaids have appeared in stores, which allow you to top up your wallet for PLN 240, 400 or 480. It is very possible that soon the only option to buy PS Plus will be to reach for the PlayStation Plus offer or top up your wallet.
As you know, gift cards often appeared in the promotion, thanks to which we could buy an annual subscription to PlayStation Plus for up to PLN 149. Now there can be a big problem with that.
