The form retained for the execution of the contract is with purchase orders with maximum mono-attributee – annual maximum amount of 50 000,00 euros (HT). The period of validity of the market is the period within which the good order can be issued. It is set at approximately 1 year from the date of notification of the contract. The end date of the first period is set at February 28, 2023. The contract is automatically renewable, under the conditions defined in the CCP, 2 times, for a period of 1 year, i.e. a maximum duration of 3 years (maximum until February 28, 2025). Variants at the initiative of the candidates are not authorized. There is no option. Electronic filing of mandatory offers. Electronic signature is not required.
