To do this, the Provincial Council will create an autonomous body whose specific model is being technically studied for its implementation. This public body belonging to the Provincial Council will manage both the La Línea residence and the other two of the provincial entity, located in the municipalities of Cádiz and El Puerto de Santa María.
«This solution has been reached to continue managing the residences publicly and directly but with a more efficient and economically sustainable model for the Provincial Council, absolutely guaranteeing for the workers, whose working conditions will be protected and excellent in the provision of services, care and care for the users of the residences,” said Ortiz.
Finally, he has indicated that the adoption of this route is the result of numerous meetings held at the political level, at the institutional level and at the technical level with those responsible for the different areas and services of the Provincial Council that intervene in the procedure.
