This Thursday the opening of a new art exhibition took place as part of the Provincial Art Cycle “Artistic Mendoza”in the Margarita Malharro de Torres Room.
This project arises as an initiative of the Department of Art and Culture of the Mendoza Legislaturewhich with a federal perspective, proposes to generate spaces for cultural development.
The Department of Lujan de Cuyoon the day of its 168th anniversary, brought the work of its artists closer, thus continuing with the proposal to meet and enhance the cultural activity of the entire vast and diverse territory of our province.
Provincial Senator Rolando Baldasso and the Director of Tourism and Culture of the Municipality of Luján, Gonzalo Ruiz, participated. The departmental queen Emilia Rocío Silva was present, as well as members of the artistic community of that department.
He Mendoza Legislature Choirdirected by Alejandro Scarpetta was present with a flashmov interpreting “Amigos” by Marciano Cantero and “I am from here”, by Gloria Bratschi and Alejandro Scarpetta.
The exhibiting artists are: Ana Peralta, Cecilia Aguayo, Claudia Perez, Dominique Lecoq, Titina Contardi, Maria Ines Palero, Maria Elina Escot, Luisa Olguin, Neida Medaglia, Lydia Lamb, Jose Altamira, Claudio Bello, Leticia Helga Moyano and Humberto Cingarella.
The exhibition will remain open to the public until May 30.celebrating the anniversary month of Luján de Cuyo.
