The Campus 6.3 in Bucharest designed to promote a healthy lifestyle; employees can, of course, train in a gym, play table tennis on the roof or run the longest athletic field in Romania. With a length of 280 metres, it extends over the top of campuses 6.2 and 6.3 at a height of around 42 metres.

To encourage the use of sports during the working day, many Societe Generale sites are also equipped with showers, like the buildings in the center of Paris, but also 3 Pacific Place in Hong Kong or Arsenal in Luxembourg.

Outdoor activities and places

A second vegetable garden has also been installed on the Basalt roofs in La Défense.

Comfortable offices

THERE ARE Hong Kong, the renovation project for the Asian headquarters, the building 3 Pacific Place, aims to provide a pleasant and dynamic workplace for employees. Height-adjustable desks were therefore used for all teams, and the building was equipped with a Zen relaxation and bubble room.

Support for young mothers

Finally, in the buildings in the center of Paris, two breastfeeding rooms appear within medical services in 2023. This project is a direct extension of the Quality of Life and Working Conditions agreement signed at the end of 2022 within Société Générale France, in which the importance of professional and personal life balance reconfirmed. This is also true with Société Générale Madagascar which offers a breastfeeding room for young mothers to support them when they gradually return to work.
