The candidate of the National Union (UN) is also thinking of a revision of the Electoral Code with the institution of a presidential election in two rounds and the limitation to two of the number of presidential terms. The defense and security forces as well as the paramilitaries will be given a new status. Just as the intelligence services will not escape his reform project. Paulette Missambo plans to allocate half of state spending to the cause of Gabonese youth and intends to fight against overcrowding in classrooms. The standard bearer of the UN also campaigns for the return of the scholarship in the secondary of the 6e in the final year for all those students who have obtained an average greater than or equal to 10/20. With a view to empowering Gabonese women, it intends to set up a policy of economic inclusion for them.
