The Assassin’s Creed series has popularized parkour in games, even if this newer installment is only a shadow of the mechanics of the first Ubisoft productions about hooded assassins. Some of you probably remember that in the years when “Assassins” were just conquering the market, Activision Blizzard released a title that also offered parkour as such, and at the same time addictive gameplay and an interesting storyline.
We are talking about the Prototype game by Radical Entertainment. Although its graphic design did not impress even in 2009, it has not aged enough to be rejected today. Especially since the rest of the game looks really good. In fact, in some respects it can be surprisingly fresh for modern players.

On Valve’s Prototype platform collected high scores – among over 10,000 Player reviews can be found with 79% positive feedback. The same is true on the site Metacritic.com – the PC version of the game was rated by almost 800 users, and their average is 7.7 out of 10.
Internet users pay attention not only to the good plot, but also to the satisfying combat mechanics and the character development system that gives a sense of growing in strength. A lot of praise was also received by all kinds of side activities, significantly extending the game – otherwise relatively short, because its campaign you can complete in approximately 11 hours.
If you like Prototype, know that its continuation is also worth recommending – qualitatively similar to the “one”, although clearly prettier.
