Protesting Against Reform of Professional High School: Mobilization in Paris and Beyond

A demonstration against the reform of the professional high school called by the CGT Educ’action, in which were present the high schools of 93 Théodore Monod of Noisy-le Sec and Georges Brassens of Villepinte mobilized for several days against this reform, and comrades of the CNT and SUD Education 93, was held in Paris at the Place de la Sorbonne on Tuesday May 30 with a procession of around 150 people who went to the Ministry of National Education.

This reform plans to jeopardize the future of the tertiary sectors, to deteriorate the working conditions of the personnel and to expose young people more to exploitation in companies against a derisory remuneration entirely financed by the State.

Several gatherings were also held this Wednesday, May 31, in front of the rectorate of Créteil, or in front of the Ministry of National Education at the call of the National Intersyndicale on the occasion of the presentation of the PACTE to the Ministerial CSA to denounce the PACTE and the reforms in progress, including the reform of the Professional route.

SUD Education 93 calls for the withdrawal of this reform, calls on all professional staff to mobilize against it, and supports all initiatives and actions organized to combat it.
