It is the return to calm. After 3 days of confrontations between demonstrators and the police, a new wind is blowing in Dakar. This Tuesday, demonstrators went to the CNTS to donate blood.
A blood donation campaign is launched on social networks. And some demonstrators volunteered to accomplish this civic act.
