From the floor of the Parliament, the Minister of Education, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, informed the plenary session, that “recently, I was informed by my family, that about 30 people appeared in front of our house, and left a series of leaflets both outside and inside the house ».
At the moment, they are unknown who did it one day before the passing of the bill on private universities.
“They chose to do this not in my ministry, not in my political office, but in my home. And I would say that in this sense, it reflects who are devotees of political violence and enemies of Democracy.
“The message is one: we are not afraid of anything, I am not afraid of anything. We are not blackmailed by anyone, I am not blackmailed by anyone. And it goes without saying that I call on you to condemn” said Mr. Pierrakakis.
