Shortly before the weekend, supporters protested at the crossing at Fritz-Foerster-Platz at the Technical University.

Because the police diverted the cars from “Zellescher Weg”, there was no traffic jam here.

However, the bus route 61 did not serve the bus stops in the direction of Löbtau and the bus route in the direction of Löbtau.

The diversion has since been lifted, DVB announced on Twitter.

This time, the supporters of the movement were primarily concerned with an end to gravel quarrying by the Ottendorf-Okrilla (KBO) gravel works.

“The gravel is used for concrete, a CO2-intensive building material. Instead, we should continue to use the stock in Saxony as far as possible and avoid fossil raw materials for insulation and building materials,” said spokeswoman Hannah Wolf (19) in an announcement.

“With the road blockade on Friday, we are showing our solidarity with the Heibo forest occupation. The gravel here and the coal under Lützerath must remain in the ground to protect civilization and democracy,” said Dresden activist Christian Bläul (41) before the Action.

The roadblock lasted until about 9:15 a.m.
