Cervical cancer is the second most common type of cancer found in women. The death toll is also quite high. In fact, cervical cancer is a type of cancer whose cause can be known and can be detected early.

According to data from the World Cancer Observation (Globocan) Indonesia in 2020 there were 36,633 new cases of cervical cancer and 21,003 deaths due to the cancer. This means that there are 50 new cases detected every day with two deaths every hour.
