Smartphones with 6.7″ displays are in the greatest demand. Their share in the sales structure exceeds 30%. The compilers of the report claim that it is gradually decreasing. Users increasingly prefer devices with 6.8″ screens. The most popular resolution is FHD+. As for the refresh rate, most users prefer gadgets with 120Hz displays.
The most common mobile processor is the Snapdragon. Its share exceeds 63%. On the second line with an indicator of 21.8% are MediaTek semiconductor products. Compared to the last quarter of 2022, their share decreased by 3.5%.
AnTuTu has captured the advent of the era of high-capacity RAM modules. Smartphones with 16 GB of RAM are showing strong growth. Currently, their share is 10%. In terms of popularity among users, they take third place. The most popular on the market are devices with a RAM module of 8 GB. Second place is occupied by smartphones with 12 GB of RAM.
As for the OS version, 42.6% of smartphone owners have already switched to Android 13. Android 12 ranks second in popularity. The share of this software platform was estimated by the report’s compilers at 33.3%. Android 10 closes the top three. Its share exceeds 11%.
