Elon Musk believes that the only way to clear social platforms from bots is paid verification. On his Twitter account, the billionaire expressed his belief that paid social networks are the future.

The businessman explained that modern AI algorithms can easily solve captchas, proving that they are not robots. At the moment, anyone can create 100,000 bots for less than a penny per fake account. If paid verification is introduced, the cost of creating one bot will increase by 10,000%. In addition, it will greatly facilitate the verification of bots by phone and clustering.
According to the billionaire, soon paid social networks will become the only social media that matters. By the way, last week the ability to receive a “blue tick” on Twitter, which confirms the fact of account verification, became available to users from Ukraine. The cost of Twitter Blue for Ukrainian users is 11 EUR.
