The Legal professional Normal’s Workplace (FGR) ordered the arrest of 79 MS gang members who operated in San Miguel, who’re accused of murder and extortion, amongst different crimes.
Based on FGR stories, these gang members have been devoted to demanding between $50 and $200 a month from the victims, with the situation of not attacking their lives.
These topics might be prosecuted for the crimes of aggravated murder, illicit trafficking, aggravated extortion and illicit teams.
Alternatively, the Prosecutor’s Workplace indicated that 52 of those gang members are already detained due to the distinctive regime, so they are going to be notified within the penitentiary facilities of the brand new crimes attributed to them.
