Prosecutor’s Workplace arrests six residents in flagrante delicto for theft of optical fibers in Cusco

The Public Ministry, by the Specialised Prosecutor’s Workplace towards Organized Crime of Cusco, carried out an operation within the imperial metropolis that allowed the flagrante detention of six residents investigated for the alleged crimes of legal group and aggravated theft of optical fibers.

The suspects are Abraham Quito Molina, Victor Collque Huallpa, Alfredo Quispe Molina, Raul Lazo Flores, Jenny Quispe Delgado and Yenny Barrios Saraya, who allegedly shaped a legal group devoted to the theft of optical fibers.

Senior prosecutor Jorge Wayner Chávez Cotrina, nationwide coordinator of the Specialised Prosecutor’s Places of work towards Organized Crime, supervised the proceedings and highlighted the efficiency of the prosecutors, in coordination with the police brokers of the Basic Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of the Inside, in addition to the Legal Investigation Division of the Nationwide Police of Peru.

Optical fibers are indicators that, for his or her use, should have authorization from the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
