The Cesar Section of the Prosecutor’s Office in coordination with the Conciliation Center of the University of Santander (Udes), will advance until next September 1, a special day of conciliation.
An interdisciplinary team made up of prosecutors, assistants, lawyers in training, teachers and advisers from the Conciliation Center of the university, will be at the conference with which they want to decongest 500 judicial processes that are reconcilable; because they are related to complaintable crimes such as personal injury, damage to the property of others, libel, slander, fraud, personal misrepresentation, theft, breach of trust, among others.
This day takes place from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm At the headquarters located at carrera septima number 13 c -17 Cañaguate neighborhood of Valledupar (Cesar), where the attendees will be able to find out about the status of their processes, among other services.
