Prosecutors investigating the KH group’s ‘Pyeongchang Alpensia Resort bid rigging’ case are investigating Choi Moon-seon, former governor of Gangwon-do, as a suspect. Former Governor Choi’s position is that there was no corruption, just an effort to sell the Alpensia Resort, which continued to fail.
