When Tove was found dead in a wooded area outside Vetlanda in November, Swedish police launched a homicide investigation. Now the prosecutor says that the 21-year-old was killed at the home of one of the suspects.
– This has been our main hypothesis since the beginning of the investigation, says prosecutor Adam Rullman The evening paper.
Missing for more than two weeks
A large and intensive search operation was then launched Tove, 21, disappeared on the night of October 16 last year.
Shortly thereafter, two women of the same age were arrested and suspected of having something to do with the disappearance.

Now the prosecutor says that the 21-year-old was in the apartment of one of the suspected women the night she disappeared, and that it was here that she was killed.
– We gained more clarity about what happened, says Rullman.
He talked about quarrels
According to Swedish media, one of the women is said to have told her friends she and Tove had argued before the disappearance, but fixed.
The Espresso also previously wrote that police investigated leads that showed Toves phone was in one of the accused’s apartments.
Neighbors were said to have heard noises from the apartment at the same time, according to the newspaper.
The two female suspects both deny having done anything criminal.
