The prosecutor listened to the statements of one of the drivers of the other cars, who testified that the defendant deliberately blocked his road and collided with him, beating him, and as a result a quarrel broke out between them.
The Prosecutor also listened to the statements of the police secretary in charge of the kidnapping of the accused, who confirmed that the accused did not have a driving license and driver’s license, and that a narcotic pill was found in his possession and alcoholic material.
By questioning the accused, he denied what was attributed to him, and admitted that he had driven his car recklessly without giving a reason, and that what he had done on the public road was an attempt on his part to prevent his arrest. , and consequently the Public The prosecution ordered the detention of the accused for four days pending investigation, and a sample was taken from him to confirm the extent of his substance use.
