The prosecutor has revealed the results of the polygraph test of the wife of the former head of the Propam division, Ferdy Sambo, Princess Candrawathiregarding his relationship with victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.
During the polygraph examination at the National Police Headquarters, Putri was asked if he was having an affair with Yosua. The polygraph results indicated that Putri was lying.
“Okay, let me remind you, when asked if you were in a relationship with Joshua in Magelang at the time, what did you answer?” asked the prosecutor in the main courtroom of the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (12/12).
“No,” replied the princess.
“Here’s an indication of lying, what do you say?” asked the prosecutor recalling Putri.
“I didn’t know that,” replied the princess.
In addition to Putri, a domestic worker (ART) named Susi also underwent a polygraph test. However, Putri admitted that she doesn’t know what questions to ask Susi.
During this trial, Putri also rejected the jury’s finding that there was no sexual harassment at Magelang House, Central Java on Thursday, July 7, 2022.
The judge found that there was no sexual harassment raising the fact that the victim Yosua was buried with respect by the Police and the complaints of alleged sexual harassment were not followed up by the National Police Headquarters.
“The fact is that the deceased Yosua was later buried with police honor. If, as you said, he had sexually abused your relatives, obviously he would not have gotten it,” said the presiding judge, Wahyu Iman Santoso, concluding.
“Sorry, Your Honor, please allow what happened was that Joshua sexually assaulted, threatened and also abused me by slamming me to the ground three times. This is what actually happened,” Putri said.
Putri was presented by the prosecutor as a witness for defendants Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E, Ricky Rizal or Bripka RR and Strong Ma’ruf in the premeditated murder case of Yosua. Putri is also a defendant.
Aside from that, this case has also trapped the former Chief of the Propam Division of the National Police, Ferdy Sambo. They were accused of violating the subsidiary article 340 of article 338 in conjunction with article 55 paragraph 1 1 of the penal code.
Yosua’s murder took place on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Sambo Official Residence No. 46 at Police Compound, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta. In the indictment, Richard and Sambo are said to have shot Yosua.
The background of the murder is said to be that Putri had molested Yosua while he was in Magelang on Thursday, July 7, 2022. This allegation was denied by Yosua’s family.
