Congresswoman Katy Ugarte is accused of using part of her workers’ salaries to finance media campaigns in Cusco.
Following a report issued by the Sunday newspaper ‘Cuarto Poder’ in which it was denounced that ungrouped congresswoman Katy Ugarte would have cut part of the salary of its workers to finance media campaigns in the Cuscohe Public Ministry (MP) announced the opening of a preliminary investigation against him for the commission of the alleged crime of concussion.
