The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) warned this afternoon that it will prosecute those who are inciting, through social networks, to “Be taken by force” the Legislative Assembly for next Sunday to pressure the deputies to approve the loan of $ 109 million for the third phase of the Territorial Control plan.
“Given the current context and in view of the fact that even public and constitutional order is being challenged and threatened, through speeches and statements on social networks, the Attorney General’s Office demands respect for the Constitution of the Republic,” said the statement of the fiscal entity.
He recalled that there is an investigation related to events recorded on Sunday February 9 in the Legislative Assembly and “if the investigation initiated shows evidence of crime, legal action will be taken against the persons involved.”

Deputy Cardoza also revealed that on February 9 by order of the head of the police corporation, Mauricio Arriaza, the Police took a locksmith because the keys of the Blue Room were held by an employee who lives in La Paz and was on his day off.
