The pre-trial proceedings were initiated by the ODMI. In the course of the investigation, witnesses were questioned, including before a judge, searches and seizures were carried out at several addresses and evidence and documents were attached.

At the end of June, the candidate with the initials Ts. G. gave four people in the village of Marinka a property benefit in order to persuade them to exercise their right to vote in favor of a certain candidate and coalition.
