Certain allowances that were previously not prorated to the treatment, le shave from January 2021. Leave and absences without pay may, from this point on, have an impact on the allowances that a staff member receives.
What impact?

This mainly has an impact on l’language allowance which, before January 2021, was almost every time paid in full.
Exception
There is an exception for reduced benefits for chronic illness. In this case, the language allowance was previously paid in proportion to the salary. From January 2021, the language allowance is paid at 100%.
For the period from 1is September 2017 to December 31, 2020 and the period that was paid by the old salary engine, arrears will be paid. The date of payment of these arrears will be communicated later.
In the new salary engine, language allowance is already paid at 100%.

What about other allowances?
For other allowances, the impact is mainly limit to the periods of availability for illness. For these periods, you do not receive more allowances.
