The national inter-professional agreement for enhanced prevention and a renewed offer in occupational health and working conditions signed in December 2020, is the outcome of long and in-depth negotiations intended to strengthen the effectiveness of employee health protection. It demonstrates the vitality of joint action which is at the heart of occupational health policies and constitutes a decisive step in the framework of occupational health reform.

It significantly strengthens the preventive approach to occupational health and the collective traceability of exposure to occupational risks, particularly chemical ones.

- It underlines the importance of the quality of life at work (QWL) both as an individual health factor for employees and as a performance factor for the company.

- It also reaffirms the full importance of an active policy to prevent professional exclusion.
