Beginning of the week and beginning of new auctions. Over 1700 auctions are scheduled to take place this week. Among the properties that stand out are villas of families who have worked in various sectors and beyond.

The tower of Andreas Vgenopoulos

The new auction for Andreas Vgenopoulos’ impressive tower is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, while the starting price remains at 4.2 million euros.

The luxury mansion is up for auction during the liquidation of the deceased’s estate. After the suspension of the proceedings scheduled at the request of the heirs for May 25, the property returned to the auction platform initially on November 22 with the fate of the auction then also being suspended.

The single-family house has been erected on a medium-sized plot of 3,533.41m2, according to the title deed. In the central part of the plot, to the east of the house, there is a landscaped area with a swimming pool (swimming pool) of 102.80m2 with the corresponding outdoor relaxation area. It consists of two building volumes, which have been built in different time periods, have different technical and architectural forms but are in contact and are functionally connected, so as to constitute a single-family house. What stands out is the 16 meter tower.

The total construction is 1,604.72m2, of which 1,212.86m2 are main use spaces (1,123.86m2 superstructure and 89.00m2 basement), while 391.86m2 underground spaces are for auxiliary use.

In 1989 he founded Galerie Tsangarakis, with a presence in Greece, Cyprus and Alexandria, offering jewelry, watches, porcelain and collectible paintings.

At some point, he started selling jewelry through TV shows as well, which made him known to the general public.

The shopping center in Varkiza

On May 15, the electronic hammer will also sound for the Koutroulia family, whose creation was the successful “Palmie bistro” restaurant chain. The auction, again, concerns the large commercial building that the family maintained in Varkiza, which once functioned as a shopping center. There have been three other unsuccessful auctions for the property in question, which now goes under the hammer again with a starting price of €1,417,650.

doValue is in a hurry and the auction concerns 35 horizontal properties of an apartment building, built on a plot of 1,000.58 sq.m., in Varkiza.

Almost 60 years have passed since Giorgos Koutroulias started his business activity, and managed to associate his name with Athenian catering and entertainment.

From the beginning, his dream was to create a place where everyone could enjoy their coffee, a snack, dessert or drink and food worthy of “home”, at affordable prices. This dream came true, creating the Palmie bistro chain.
