Hamka Hamzah | satisfied to deliver Rans Cilegon FC promotion to League 1. Previously owned team Raffi Ahmad | many are branded as content creators rather than football clubs.
Rans Cilegon promotion to League 1 after winning over PSIM Yogyakarta in the 2021 Liga 2 semifinal match. The club belongs to Raffi Ahmad | it won with a score of 3-0, at Pakansari Stadium, Bogor Regency, Monday (27/12/2021).
When first introduced, many underestimate Rans. By buying a Cilegon United license, the club was then changed its face in such a way.
Enter Raffi Ahmad | make the club’s digital activities so colorful. But the move did not invite a little scorn because it is considered to prioritize the virtual world rather than maintaining the dignity of football itself.
Gradually Rans was able to talk a lot more than those who previously had difficulties in the group phase of League 2. They continued to advance from the group phase, Round of 8, and now won in the semifinals to advance to the final.
Hamka Hamzah | become one of the players who are often satirized. He is said to be just playing at Rans and is considered to have no motivation anymore.
“Alhamdulillah, I was able to qualify for League 1, I also might want to tell a little story. From the beginning AA Raffi (Raffi Ahmad) gave me a big responsibility that this team must be able to achieve achievements,” Hamka Hamzah said when giving a statement after the match.
“Alhamdulillah, over time, players who are (new) brought in can also immediately get to know old players and help each other. It feels good, many doubt it because I am old, I’m finished, I’m a youtuber, content team. Thank God it was broken,” he said.
Interestingly, Hamka Hamzah turned out to be in an injured condition while playing the match against PSIM. He was actually not allowed by the team doctor to play.
But he wants to contribute to a historic match for Rans. The result was sweet, his sacrifice resulted in a victory and Rans qualified for the final and won 1 promotion ticket to League 1.
“The doctor said I couldn’t play because I tore my ACL knee, so I had to have surgery for the 5th time,” he said.
“Hamka was injured from the last match, medically he can’t play. I consulted the doctor and Hamka also said he wanted to play because he wanted to make a historic match. His condition is only 60-70 percent, so I thank Hamka,” said Rans coach Rahmad Darmawan, who responded to Hamka’s statement.
