Li Jiachao delivered a video speech at the “Innovative Technology and Art Development Summit Forum 2023” hosted by Bauhinia Magazine on the same day, saying that Hong Kong is making every effort to develop into an international innovation and technology center and a cultural and artistic exchange center between China and foreign countries, and art technology is to make culture, art and innovation The new development direction of technology docking. The new East Kowloon Cultural Center is expected to open in phases from the end of this year to the beginning of next year.
