Salvadoran actress Vanesa Tomasino recently announced her next project for Lifetime, it is a film about lawyers and the title of the film is “The Hammer.”
Tomasino, with a well-marked career in Hollywood, is about to be seen on the big screen, this time as a lawyer named Melba.
They just announced my new movie for the Lifetime channel, where I work alongside country music superstar Reba McEntire,” Tomasino posted on his digital platforms.

The film follows Kim Wheeler (played by McEntire), a hotshot attorney who is appointed as a judge for Nevada’s 5th district and is one of the few remaining itinerant judges in America.
After the reigning judge dies under suspicious circumstances, Kim finds herself covering a circuit stretching between Las Vegas and Reno, a rugged, often desolate area where anything can happen. Mallet in hand, he lays down the law with a no-nonsense style of justice, which quickly earned him the nickname “The Hammer.” As the investigation into the former judge’s death intensifies, Kim’s sister Kris (Peterman), who runs the local brothel, suddenly becomes the prime suspect, and Kim must push herself even harder to make sure it’s done. Justice.
‘The Hammer’ is McEntire’s second Lifetime movie, following last year’s Reba McEntire’s Christmas in Tune.
