Prominent Doctor Indicted on Multiple Counts of Sexual Assault, Including Minors

NEW YORK.- A prominent doctor faces a four count federal indictment after he was accused of sexually assaulting multiple patients, including minorsfor more than five years from 2015.

New York authorities arrested the Dr. Darius Paducha 55-year-old exurologist at Weill Cornell Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, Tuesday morning.

Paduch is charged with two counts of inducing a person to travel for engage in illegal sexual activities and two counts of inducing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity “for his years [sic] of sexual abuse of two victims who were his patients and who were minors during part of the period of abuse,” the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York announced Tuesday.

PCVA Law filed four more demands against Paduch after the first accusations were made public.

Authorities are asking anyone who has been “victimized by Darius Paduch in any way or who has additional information regarding his alleged illegal behavior” to call the FBI.
